This is the perfect option for Landlords who want a little more control and have the time to be more involved with their rental properties. The rent collection service is the same as our Fully Managed service, however, all maintenance issues will be dealt with by you as the Landlord. In the event of any problems the tenant will call you directly for you to arrange maintenance works.
