I appointed Louise from DLM Property as I had become frustrated with other agents that I didn’t feel were hands-on enough, this lead to problems with tenants not paying their rent on time and my property not being looked after well enough.

From our first meeting Louise was very clear in what she thought needed to be done to secure a good tenant and helped every step of the way. We encountered various hurdles but Louise helped overcome all of them. I now have a happy tenant, who is paying more than the previous tenant, for a lower fee! I couldn’t recommend Louise and DLM more highly.
