Thank you for arranging the caretaker to accompany my viewing. Unfortunately it wasn’t suitable.
I believe I may have found somewhere suitable however if it doesn’t work out I have your details.
From a feedback point you were really personable and I believe it would have been fantastic to have rented through your agency.
